Cyberpunk 2077: How to Romance Panam

Panam Palmer is one of several romance options available to V in *Cyberpunk 2077*. Winning her affection, however, requires completing several quests. This guide outlines the necessary steps, noting that male V (voice and body type) is required for this romance.

This guide assumes you've progressed to Act 2.

Complete Ghost Town

This main job, unlocked after "Playing for Time," introduces you to Panam. Help her retrieve her car, and agree to assist with her revenge against Nash. At the Sunset Motel, choose either "To your ride!" or "To what’s ahead!" when toasting. Flirt by suggesting a single room.

Complete Lightning Breaks

Following Ghost Town, assist Panam in taking down the Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices here are inconsequential to the romance.

Complete Life During Wartime

After the Kang Tao encounter, choose "I’m sorry about Scorpion." When confronted by the Aldecaldos, defend Panam by saying, "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault." Afterward, reply to Panam's message with: "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game days and complete other quests before proceeding.

Complete Riders of the Storm

Respond to Panam's request for help with "We’re chooms, that’s why," and choose "Yeah, ‘course" when offered a ride. Save Saul from the Wraiths. During the sandstorm argument, say either "Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired" or "Shitty idea, Panam’s right." At the motel, select flirtatious options like "Pleased with your stay, ma’am?" or "You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am," and finally, "\[Touch Panam’s thigh\] Got a few ideas." After waking up, initiate conversation with "\[Stop Panam\] Wait. About last night…"

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

Agree to help Panam ("OK, I’m in") and ride with her. At the communications tower, choose options like "\[Stand by window\] Missed you," "Why’s it different with me?", and "\[Touch Panam’s hand\] Next time, try following that impulse." At the campfire, select "\[Scooch closer\] Gotten kinda cold."

Complete Queen of the Highway

After a day, return to the Aldecaldos camp. Flirt with Panam ("Nice and cozy in here"). Choose "\[Let Panam touch you\] Oh, yeah. Let’s go." during the Basilisk sequence. After the Basilisk battle, choose dialogue options that maintain the relationship. Finally, tell Mitch and Saul, "I can stay for a bit. Thanks," and respond to Panam with "\[Kiss Panam\] Thanks for being here for me."

Going on Dates with Panam

After completing the romance, the quest "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" may become available, allowing you to invite Panam to your apartment for a cozy evening.
