Civilization VII's first DLC, *Crossroads of the World*, arrives in March, launching in two parts. The initial release features Great Britain and Carthage as playable civilizations, introducing Ada Lovelace as a new leader. Three weeks later, the second installment adds Simon Bolivar as a leader and introduces Bulgaria and Nepal as new civilizations to the game.
Further expansion comes with the *Right to Rule* DLC, slated for release in Q2 2025 (April-September). This DLC will include two more leaders, four additional civilizations, and new natural wonders, promising even more strategic depth and replayability.
Firaxis is committed to ongoing improvements, with new in-game events and natural wonders like the Bermuda Triangle and Mount Everest arriving in March. These additions, along with new challenges, will enhance the overall Civilization VII experience.
Civilization VII launches on February 11th for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Deluxe and Founders Edition owners gain five days early access, starting February 6th. A day-one patch will also be released concurrently with the game's launch. Steam Deck compatibility is confirmed.
