Supervision Service Features

The Supervision Service enables users to access traffic violation records, vehicle fuel expenses, and other regulatory information using their ID number, date of birth, or online membership credentials.

Service Functionalities:

1. Search and settle traffic violations, review payment history, and check penalty points
2. View and pay vehicle fuel fees, access payment records, and request electronic fuel payment certificates
3. Check recent vehicle mileage reports, receive abnormal mileage alerts, and view upcoming inspection dates
4. Driver's license information lookup
5. Schedule regular training sessions for professional drivers (car/motorcycle/bus), including written test simulations
6. Personalized member dashboard with regulatory service notifications and birthday greetings
7. License and vehicle registration verification, plus inspection scheduling and address management
8. Regulatory notifications pushed to mobile devices (including calendar integration) and birthday greetings
9. GPS-enabled homepage showing nearby supervision stations alerts
10. Real-time queue monitoring at regional supervision offices
11. Tour bus tracking and vehicle status information
12. AI-powered customer support for highway supervision inquiries
13. English language interface available
