Just like in real soccer, the teams start in their respective halves, and the soccer ball, also a billiard ball, is positioned at the center. Each team takes turns to strike the ball, aiming to score goals!

Quick Start Guide

To begin playing, launch the FootPool app and select your preferred language. We suggest starting with the "1 player mode" to learn the ropes by playing against the computer or AI. The team that wins the toss places their balls, which represent the players, on their side of the field. Position the billiard ball that symbolizes your soccer player on your chosen spot, drop it, and press "place ball" until all your balls are set up. If the "place ball" text turns red, it's an invalid spot; if green, it's valid.

Select the pool ball that will act as your "player" using the "change ball" button. Adjust the pool cue's angle with the right-side arrow buttons or by rotating it. Control the force of your shot with the left cue, and "kick" by pressing the ball with flares above it. Remember, you must hit the soccer ball each turn or you'll commit a "foul." A "foul" also occurs if you hit an opponent's "player" ball before the soccer ball, granting the opposing team two consecutive turns.
