Before heading out, check the app's rain radar for a 3-hour or 24-hour forecast. The radar visually shows rain potential, while the accompanying graph details predicted rainfall in millimeters. Zoom in for a more precise view of your area using the magnifying glass.

Available for Android phones and tablets, Buienradar even includes a convenient widget displaying the rain graph, letting you check the forecast without opening the app. The Wear OS app is also back, providing radar, graphs, and hourly forecasts (with more features coming soon). Note: the Wear OS app is only available on Google Play Store.

The "Next 8 hours weather prediction" section provides personalized hourly forecasts for your location (even internationally!), including temperature, feels like temperature, rainfall (mm/hour), rain chance, and wind force (Beaufort). Additional data includes wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, humidity, and sunrise/sunset times.

Seasonal radar maps offer specialized information: pollen and mosquito forecasts in summer, and snow and ground temperature maps (for frost warnings) in winter.

A 14-day forecast is accessible via the "14-day forecast" tab, with a detailed hourly breakdown for the first 7 days and daily averages for the following week available in "List" view. Set custom rain alerts in the "Notifications" tab for timely push notifications based on your schedule and location.
